change

wow. how do i start this? have been neglecting my blog for too long. felt so guilty even tho i dont have many followers and to be serious the blog has only been hit for 3303 times since i start blogging from march last year. kind of pathetic. but so what, my intention of starting a blog is not to please people but somehow to satisfy myself and express certain thoughts that is better to be read in writings rather than spoken in words.

so i had finally moved to a new house in kl. alhamdulillah. everything went well even though we got short notice from the chief(mydad). but yeah, the house is 70 per cent ready and its far more comfortable than the old house. my fav part of the house is definitely my room! love it too much that i spent most of my time hibernating on the bed. ha ha. will upload pics of the room soon. so just wait :)

talking bout changes, how far have u change from the previous "you"? is it a good change or a bad change? i've been living in this world for almost 23 years and suddenly it ticks me. i don't think i have change that much. physical and appearance change aside pls. what i meant is changes in attitude, the way we treat people, the way we treat our parents, the way we treat ourselves and most importantly the way we lead our life.

everyday, all sorts of questions will arise in my head. sometimes when i think about it i wonder, do humans ever feels satisfied with themselves? im definitely not one of them. there's so many things that i want to accomplish. argh, i want to be thinner! i want to be better in my job! i want to be a great cook! i want to know how to play the guitar! i want to own a sports car! i want to volunteer for charity! i want to spent my money without having to worry about the bank balance! i want to be chauffeur driven all the time! i want to be a pious muslim! i dont want to hurt my parents feelings!

starting from now, i'll have to start taking little steps of changes in order to achieve what i want. pray for me! xoxo

IN NEED OF $14,500 FOR THE PROENZA SCHOULER CROCODILE PS1

BY MEGS MAHONEY DUSIL

In the grand scheme of prices, $14,500 for an entire crocodile bag is not that bad. I am not too daft to recognize that it is an exorbitant price tag, but when you look at expensive designer bags all day long your sense of what is truly expensive versus what is not changes. And here I am telling you that $14,500 is not incredibly expensive. Let me make sure to state that it is expensive, just not relatively speaking. And I love the Proenza Schouler PS1, which makes me more apt to justify the price tag.

We have already covered the crocodile PS1 and I loved it then. But now I have three more reasons to love the Proenza Schouler Crocodile PS1 and it has to do with color. Vibrant coral, ocean blue, and bottle green to be exact.

Seriously, I think the duo behind Proenza decided not to product the PS1 in these gorgeous hues in leather, rather tempt all of us into oblivion by splashing the color onto crocodile skin. In fact, it is brilliant. Make desired colors in an already desired bag to make the desirability at least double what it was before. The color infusion is rich and delicious. Any outfit will easily stand out if you spruce it up with one of these bright colors.

It all comes down to the price, if you like exotic skin, and if you like the PS1. If you don’t like exotic skin, you can rule yourself out of this bag and feel grateful that you do not need to feel yearning like I feel right now. If you do not like the bag itself, you are also free and clear. But the problem lies in if you love the bag, love the color, love the skin, but don’t have the money. I fall into the latter category. And it is awful.

I would like to ask the folks at Proenza Schouler to produce the PS1 in coral leather because I will buy it in a heart beat. Either of the other two colors would suffice as well. If you are willing, wanting, and able buy the crocodile PS1 at Proenza Schouler online or Net-A-Porter for $14,500.

sicily and rocco

wow! last week was one of the peak weeks for the month of april. i received two new bags that i bought from the net. and i looooove every bit of it. have to say that i've been splurging uncontrollably lately. and the ironic thing is im an accountant by profession but i spend as if like im a housewife to a filthy rich husband.haha. should we invent a term for this ? "the new generation of accountants" perhaps? ok fine fine. im being ridiculous here.

i dont know why but the the guilty level of spending money on bags is not as high as other stuff. each bag has its own memories and significance. someday i hope i can pass it down to my daughters as an heirloom. soooo, no more wasting time. lets enjoy the view of my new babies. Mommy loves ya equally ! :D

"Miss Sicily" by Dolce & Gabbana

Why i bought/love this bag?
  • i love how the colour made the bag look so worn out as if its a vintage piece
  • the leapord print lining screams sexy! and make me weak in the knees
  • a great addition and can be carried to the office

"Rocco Duffel" by Alexander Wang

Why i bought/love this bag?
  • my wardrobe is full with the colour black. the gold trimming of the bag could definitely spice things up
  • love the wrinkle leather and how the shape becomes slouchy when u put your stuff in it
  • edgy!

super junior love ^^

awesome! nuff said :D

k-pop, are u up for it?

i loooovee music. i think everybody near me knows that i love music so much that i would buy original cd's (nowadays, everybody download it for free on the net), making myself free when there's a concert plus doesn't mind spending 1/4 of my salary just to get the best seat in the house, having karaoke outing as my #1 hobby and endless shouting and shrieking sing along sessions in the car. huge fan of western and indonesian artist but never a big fan of the rest.

i've watched korean movies and series and it automatically makes me stuck with the soundtrack songs. but it all end just there. so a few months ago my best mates introduce me to this superstar group in korea called super junior. it was OK at first and suddenly i heard that they were on their tour and guess what? kuala lumpur is one of their stops. so my friend ask me to come along and i actually agree to it and say yes without knowing the consequences. ceehhh, i suddenly sound like i'm leading u guys to a horror/thriller story. haha. back to the story! so super junior consist of 13 members and i'm a week away from their concerts and still have no idea about them. i don't know their songs and not even their names. so i made a deal to myself that it will be a great achievement if i could memorize all the names of the members by the day of the concert.

so i start searching vids of them on utube and start listening to their songs a bit and i actually succeeded. the concert day arrives and of course i don't expect much but they prove me wrong. they were really really good. the showmanship was great. even kanye west was not as good as them.ha! so that was the beginning and the rest is history. i've been watching their music videos, interviews and shows everyday without fail. not just super juniors, i've start listening to other korean groups and singers.

should i sadly or gladly say that i'm slowly leaning to the k-pop phase? well i guess music is universal. there is no boundaries of good music aren't they? so to whomever that is reading this entry with a smirk on their faces should try and give k-pop a chance. haha. go utube and check out their videos. once you're into it, you'll be addicted like crazy. good luck! daebak! xoxo

* K-POP is an abbreviation for Korean popular music, specifically South Korean (there's no popular music industry in North Korea). Many of the Korean pop stars and pop groups are well known in East Asia and other parts of Asia . K-pop often emulates American pop music, and usually features young, sexy performers.

* daebak means success in korean :)
