birthday : bliss and blessed

coming through.....coming through....! been a lil busy lately but hope its not too late to update bout my birthday. you know why i love october so much? cause when october comes we're gonna party like its my birthdayyyy! this year celebration was one of the best, the most memorable one so far. when all your family and friends are there with you to celebrate its surely the best isn't it?

kick start my birthday celebration with a lovely japanese dinner with the familia. awesome food! and my nieces gave me this as a present? they're the cutest! my little sunshine!

boyfriend came from kuantan. first thing i saw when he got out of the car was the balloons and flowers.he surprised me at the mall. i was like 'ahhhhmaaagaaaadddd'. can't believe he pull it off. thank you sayang!

and then we went dinner at a french restaurant called cafe cafe. great food! can't believe there's such place in kl. what a gem. i wouldn't know bout this restaurant if it wasn't for the food blogs. a very romantic restaurant indeed. the interior is dark with candles and the waiter were all dressed in coats. its like you're dining in paris in 1938. thank you again sayang! you really went all out uh? hehe love you!

my Malaysian Girls cast member threw a mini surprise birthday for me during rehearsal! sweet bunch of people! love them! :)

it's all about biceps and triceps

hey folks! the year end is quite a crunch time for me. most of my family members, friends and yours truly birthdays are at the end of the year. its like celebrating birthday every other week. so one of the first birthday in line was syed's birthday. surprise party seems a little predictable as we do that every year, yes every year, different venue and theme. so this year, as a loving and generous girlfriend *coughs* i decided to throw a party that will be remembered til infinity. so to make things less complicated, i have hired a party planner who is happened to be a friend of mine.

I've come up with a theme "muscle man party" as my bf is so obsessed with working out at this point of time. you see, most boyfriend likes certain type of sports or interest like football, rugby, gadgets and so on. my bf doesn't have anything in particular. its like a different thing every season. but thank god he stick to working out till the day of the party. phew!

i have planned 2 months ahead. choosing a venue, invitees checklist, birthday cakes, picking food to every little details. and I'm glad to see all my hard work has paid off. everybody love the party! I've also hired 2 muscle man just to flex their muscles just for entertainment. thought of hiring Mr KL but too bad it was his loading season. so Mr KL is eating like a mad cow now! LOL! thank you to the party planner who has made this party possible and thank you to all the guest for being so awesome. enjoy the pics! XO

kuantan and it's food

i've been so busy with my Malaysian Girls rehearsals nowadays. Its like practice practice practice everyday except for friday and sunday. So you know the drill, in order for me to give full commitment and concentration to the musical i have to sacrifice my social life, date with boyfriend, fun time with girlfriends and of course my weekends in kuantan.

Apart from my family and my boyfriend, what i missed most about kuantan is the FOOD. yes food! So this post is dedicated to all the yummy food that you can only get in kuantan. *salivarunningdownmymouth*

What a sad and gloomy day for all Apple avid users. Steve Jobs the founder of Apple has lost his battle to pancreatic cancer. A genius of this generation and most definitely a tech legend. Thank you for making me sticking to Apple and never look back. May you rest in peace. I'm officially iDevastated.

short + sweet is sweet after all

what's up everybody? how are ya'll doing? i've been neglecting my blog for a little while cause the home internet has been a b***h for sometimes. thank god we just got unified. so fast so smooth. anyway, another reason that i've been so quiet is because i've been busy practicing for my first debut on stage. its not really a big thing but boy the experience is priceless. i've met the most wonderful, talented bunch. thank you god for this experience. after 24 years, i finally got to do what i want, what i dream of.

so this short + sweet festival kicks off last week with musical week. the dance and theatre week will be going on till the end of october. so if you want to experience short + sweet, then head down to klpac! trust me, it's very interesting.
