anyone fancy chanel bags? shoes? sunnies? jackets? probably 1 out of 10 women in this world wouldn't have any doubt to say YES! and yeah it includes me. needless to say, chanel is in a class of its own and famous for its timeless pieces. the downside of it is probably because the item can be very pricey. but why make a fuss out of it. its just simply chanel.

And this is how this bag is inspired to be made. in the 1920's Coco Chanel became tired of having to carry her handbags in her arms and decided to design a handbag that freed up her hands. Inspired by the straps found on soldiers’ bags she added thin straps and introduced the resulting design to the market in 1929(the bag is 80 years old.older than my parents.haha). in 1954 Chanel decided to update her handbag, for the modern women. The resulting design was called 2.55 after the date of creation, February 1955.

i dont understand karl lagerfeld. he can do so much in very limited time. and i bet he knows about woman more than we know ourselves. the guys is 76 for god's sake. when will he stop ? only time will tell. i love his creations. very distinct and innovative from the rest.

the new chanel collection. the plastic bag. very fashion forward but not so practical. but the transparent case designated for make up, perfume and sunglasses is just wicked. its crazy. but sadly not really my thing.

the same plactic bag but in black. also extracted from the new collection. it looks just like a paper bag that we'll get from chanel if buy stuff from the shop. made from leather. thumbs up or down?

but oh god. i love this. its just cute. a great bag for the weekends. very laid back yet chic.
