coco duffel : i want you!

this is definetely my current obsession, most wanted, top of the list bag of the season! coco duffel bag by alexander wang. caught my eye ever since the first time i saw it. fully made of lamb skin with studded details at the bottom. there's also another options in suede and plastic pvc. there's no alexander wang in malaysia(boohoo!). so i thought of getting it online. we'll see how well can i save next month salary and fyi that is not an easy thing to do.

but there's just one thing. im in dilemma. i dont know whether i should get the one with black studded lambskin or the plastic pvc. oh how i wish the one with gold studded at the bottom is still available. too bad it was from the previous season collection :( even few celebrities spotted carrying it. i heard mary kate is one of this bag biggest fan.hurmm. the next celebrity "it" bag? could be!

hello everybody! nobody could ever imagined how i missed blogging so much. my life is very busy lately. for the past 3 months i have travel to 2 continents and 5 countries. whoa..saying that is actually tiring. i feel as if im in debt to my blog because i had been neglecting it for so long and did not update new entries.im so sorry blog, i dont want u to be abandoned. will promise myself to post new entry at least once a week ok?

i have decided to post a few entries on my trips because i have so many things to share with everybody. even though i dont know who the hell read my blogs except for my close friends. but whatever, what is life without sharing right ? so im gonna kickstart with my trip to london :)

i was there for 2 weeks! two cold weeks that are filled with fun times with the boys and lots and lots of shopping. i can't lie but i actually had a "must buy" list before even going there :p what do u expect from a trip that consist of good friends without the presence of their parents? i hear WILD! WILD VACATION! hahaha.

went there with 3 boys. my bf, his brother and a friend. of course we did what standard traveller would do in london. riding on the red double decker bus, tour the london eye, biceister village, hyde park, picadilly circus, and yada yada yada. but the highlight of the trip is definetely the celebration of christmas, boxing day and celebrating new years eve. my first boxing day ever! i was really pumped up and woke up extra early just to be in the front line to selfridges but it was all worth it. eventhough the competition was really really high (imagine running to the shoes section as if there is no tomorrow). got myself few pairs of shoes.yeay! mind you i have a giant feet. for me to get a few pair of good quality shoes are very rare in malaysia. so i was really happy bout that. i went a bit over budget but at the end of the day i've got what i wanted so im satisfied. omg. i sounded really selfish :|

we have planned to go for a short trip to paris but it was cancelled due to the heavy snow but london is cool. i even tried blackjack in the casino and trust me that thing is addictive. lost 70 pounds in the game but its all for the sake of experience. ye laa.. kat genting nak masuk pun tak boleh kan? hehe. and did i mention the boys just cannot tolerate eating sandwiches so we ended up going to the malay restaurant called "bonda" almost everyday. boys are very hard to pleased. ugh! and i even cooked nasi goreng and ayam masak merah for them. thank u mom for the recipe.

and guys, if u're in london please do not miss to watch their westend plays. i've watched the lion king and i cried like crazy. they were awesome. hopefully i can watch more west end plays in my next visit.london i love u!

i miss everybody in the picture above. yes YOU and YOU! missin those days where we can just go out anytime without any obligations. now everybody is comitted with work and study :( i miss EVERYBODY! lets go out and watch "princess and the frog" if you're reading this? bye!

wow! look what i've found? christian louboutin's own barbie. the "cat burglar". u can get it from USD250 starting from december. she was inspired by nefertiti and marilyn monroe. not just that, barbie will be wrapped in mr. louboutin's very own shoe box and it comes with 4 pairs of barbie size shoes (cloth bag included). but i personally love the gold "differa" studded heels, the one that she was wearing. this is the first out of three barbies from mr louboutins and mattel. the 2nd will be in feb with safari theme, and 3rd one will be in may with, barbie goes to cannes film festival.neat!

nobody could ever resist the combination of black patent cat suits and four pairs of louboutins.can you ? i cant! i want one please!

sweet tooth

hello! wow im just so overwhelmed.i've been trying "banoffee pie" recipe from the internet last week and fairly i did well. not self boasting here but the recipe is kind of easy. did it for two days in a row and everybody loves it. i even make a special one for syafinaz for her birthday. best kan ? but paling tak tahan siap ada nak beli lagi.. maybe i should start a dessert business and start with my banoffee pie? who knows there might be a martha stewart in the making( eceh..eceh..) so i decided to post the recipe on my blog. if u have some free time pls try this at home. its easier than it looks. trust me.

ALIAA'S BANOFFEE PIE

Ingredients

condensed milk

caster sugar

block butter

digestive/shortbread cookies
fresh bananas

double whipped cream

cocoa powder for decorations

* used the ingredients as much as ur likings. i dont have specific measurements for it

Methods

1. BASE-crushed digestive/shortbread cookies in a bowl. if u want it to be sweeter u can use shortbread and if u like crunchier texture u can add crushed nuts. heat block butter on the stove and mix it with the crushed biscuits. when its done, press the mixture to a pie plate and let it cool for a few mins.

2. TOFFEE- mixed block butter, caster sugar and condensed milk. stir it for 10 mins until the colours turns into golden brown. in the meantime sliced bananas. u can either mixed bananas with the caramelised toffee and put it in the pie plate or u can put a layer of toffee first then add banana on the top layer.

3. CREAM- placed the whipped cream on top of the whole pie plate and add cocoa powder as decorations. and its done!

attention : this is definetely not recommended for diabetics patients.very very sweet.
