random awesome? took that from a title of a song sang by yuna. last friday night was a fun day indeed. mom was in kl and she asked me to follow her to yuna's album launching and showcase in klpac. i was supposed to have a date night out with farah to watch a movie but all the tickets were sold out.fuck it. so i decided to follow mom. dont get confused here, my mom is not a diehard fan of the indie/underground music scene. she's actually friends with yuna's parents and they invited her to come. so yeah.
i used to like yuna way back when the only place you could see yuna is on youtube. and it fades away when she got famous in the mainstream music. but last night she proved me wrong, her voice and music arrangements were all good. plus she writes and composed her own song. so thats a bonus. i even spot a few international faces during the concert. so enjoy the pictures!
p/s: klpac was awesome! how i wish i could participate in the theatre workshop by joe hasham.maybe next time :(
